Thanks for leaving a review/problem description. Difficult to say what the problem is as it works here (using FF 66.0.3 on Linux). Do you get any errors related to the add-on in the web/browser console? Are the Trends and "Who to Follow" boxes shown? If the add-on works, you should see a small plus below your profile and a "Filter" entry below each tweet (see first screenshot).
