I like this one best of all the Minecraft themes I looked at. It's not just a logo or grass block like most, but a screenshot, and not as bright as the most popular screenshot theme, Minecraft Landscape, but a bit darker and so goes better with my dark theme OS. Also set my task bar color to green, so the mainly green forest also looks good with that.
