Outstanding security and easy to use. With the resent data breach, the scanner function really helped.

doesn't support 2fa for accounts

Great product

Good password manager, but terrible and slow customer service. I had to remove the MFA on my account due to a new phone and I did not have access to my recovery codes anymore. After jumping through several hoops, each taking a day for them to respond, I was suddenly asked to resubmit everything I had already submitted. I will rather reset all my passwords than deal with Nord in the future. Will definitely not consider any of their products again.

When it had to connect to the desktop app, it was often messing up. Now that the add-on is independent of the desktop app, it has been working great all of the time.

I've tried Lastpass and all the others. This is the best of the whole lot.

Very handy. I have been using it for about 4 years and am still happy. Some issues may appear when you clean your PC of clutter, but after reactivating the add-on, everything returns to normal.
