Copy Paste in Nordpass extension no longer works with Firefox. Customer service instructs to install Nordpass Desktop version and extension without guidance which extension to choose. Re-ask NordPass without success. So installed NordPass Extension (app-version) - doesn't provide any copy/paste support, only autofill (which fairly often fails to fill-in properly). In all, a very clumsy password manager to use. User interface not on par with competitors.

Tired may apps like this from the beginning.
2010 to now.
last pass fails for all local cameras here and 3 local servers
NorDpass work on all sites.
I have 190 sites in DB and all work.
yes some did not (14 years history), even walmart fails.
some sites, keep changing the log in codes (programming) and now it fails. (reality)
Later Nordpass learns this and corrects it.
this is true for all like apps on earth
it has to learn the login code steps,(tabs) etc.
I only use newest Firefox and paid NORDpass
I love it. could go 10 stars, yes.
all things like this the user has learning curve.
I say give it a chance,. huh?

I used export and import to get my 190 sites
zero problems at all. on internet and my local IntRAnet.

if you have problems ask them.
or turn off all other extensions (temp) to see if others, make Nordpass mess up. << bingo
for sure turn off pop up blockers etc. as a test.

Meno di una stella non si può. Estensione terribile. Ok che firefox non sarà il browser più usato, ma fare un estensione decente sarebbe il mimino. Non copia più dai campi. Sistematicamente richiede la pass principale per accedere. Non si può distribuire una estensione che non funziona e con così tanti problemi. Il bello è che ho acquistato l'abbonamento a nordpass, mai più rinnovo.

The copy/paste functionality is no longer working in this extension. I contacted support and they kept asking for a screenshot. How do I send a screenshot of blank text? I could not get them to understand. Doing a brief search shows this is a known issue.

instructions did not clearly advise that account password is separate to master passwords which you then later requested. I has input what I wanted as master in as account password and hence have a much less strong master password. POOR INSTRUCTIONS !!!!.

You seem to assume that all users are 100% tech savy - that is VERY POOR approach

NordPass, without the Firefox extension needs some work; it occasionally fails to automatically ask me to add a password for a new website that I generate a password for, or keeps offering to generate a password for the website when I am typing in a password. There seems to be a conflict between Mozilla's own password storage (is that connected to Nordpass Password addon?) and Nordpass. Another issue is Nordpass has allowed me to open and pay for two separate Nordpass accounts without telling me that I already have a Nordpass account. I've been with Nordvpn a long time and it works okay when Ubuntu 22.04 Pro opens it from the CLI. But the interface to Firefox seems to have problems at times. Not sure if it because I use cookie and adblockers on Firefox. Doesn't Firefox have its own password vault? Maybe that's the source of the problem I see.

I login to Nordpass as soon as I open my computer. When I go to a website that has my details stored in NordpassI am told I need to login to Nordpass. BUT i am ALREADY logged in. Why isn't my login that I have already done recognised by Nordpass? VERY frustrating!
