Works well, but would be great if the new tab was opened right after the current tab (instead of at the end)

Hi, good extension, but please change:
open new 'map' tab after current tab !
(not last tab)

It would be nice if an Accelerator key would be mapped to the menu item.
It would also be nice if the developer left a way to contact him/her.
