However, is it possible to get a breakdown of the total numbers to get an idea about how many messages were sent and how many messages were received?

Very useful and the only way I could find to get stats about my conversations, In the new update you can only see the amount of messages you sent to the top 3 people is it possible to get it back to show all the people maybe in a different list?
