You might be from the future or something. Starting April 2025, de.wikipedia.org also has Vector 2022 as default skin, see https://blog.wikimedia.de/2025/04/01/neue-benutzeroberflaeche-wikipedia/

However, there might be more instances that do not have it. Any way, calling it *utterly idiotic* is not the optimal tone for comments on stuff you get offered for free.
