However, it looks like an temporary issue to me, can you please retry? If it still persists, can you please provide more details about this issue (your browser version etc) on the github issues so that we can debug it further?

    "Cannot screenshot DRM content" I could take a screenshot myself then, don't need this app to do something I can already do...

    Update: Kindly note, the addon doesn't claim to provide screenshot of DRM content and it won't be right to provide this feature. Thanks for understanding.

    It dont create any screenshot, only black images

    Oh no. That's was unexpected. Can you please retry it as this could have simply been an intermittent issue. Thanks for report though.

    We have opened an issue on github to investigate this further.     Half-assed. When I ACTUALLY feel like taking a screenshot, it's usually not working.

    How does it work? my firefox is 64.0.2. what is the process. the given picture also is not clear. any help please. anybody who can tell me how to use this extension.

    Thanks for using the add-on. After installing the add-on, you should see an option to take the screenshot in the video controls.

    We have also upgraded the add-on with new features and bug fixes. Hope you will like it more with latest version :)
