- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14275792, a year agothe best there is, secure, private and user friendly !
- Rated 1 out of 5by Delta, a year agoAwful product. No credit cards unless you pay, every other password manager allows this for free. I have premium and it STILL lacks features: no keyboard shortcuts to autofill, wallet items can not have letters in the card number (insurance, driver's licenses, health cards), expiry dates are month/year ONLY. And premium MORE expensive than Bitwarden LOL garbage

posted a year agoSorry to hear that. We offer certain features exclusively on our paid plans to ensure the continued availability of our free plan for users who may not be able to afford to subscribe. It's about striking a balance between offering a free service and providing added benefits to our paid subscribers.
On another note, we've shared your feedback with the team for future consideration. That said, keep in mind that you can create notes or custom fields for more specific items that don't fit the available templates (proton.me/support/pass-custom-field).
Lastly, Proton Pass is headquartered in Switzerland, which has some of the world's strongest privacy laws. However, Switzerland is an expensive country to maintain a service in. Nonetheless, we appreciate your feedback and have taken note of it accordingly. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18944004, a year ago

- Rated 4 out of 5by Bork, a year ago- Autofill and password saving don't always show up when they should, but works great ~99% of the time.
- If a login page redirects you twice, the pop-up for saving the password disappears.
- Would love more control of symbol/number amount in the password generator (simular to Bitwardens solution?)
- As a new user I struggled with finding every feature. The interface feels like it compromises on intuitivity for compactness and looks, tho it's even worse on mobile. - Rated 5 out of 5by faclsuper, a year ago
