The developer claims that Mozilla changed the labeling system, but I have a lot of extensions installed, and none of them asked for additional permissions to collect my data. Why do I smell bs?

EDIT: I asked Mozilla about this situation, and they confirmed that the developer isn't lying. So, I am changing my review to 5 stars and would like to apologize to the developer for my accusations.
I also asked them to post some kind of clarifying message on the add-on's page.

Other extenions haven't requested it because they haven't gone throught the "data disclosure" process yet (check Sponsorblock's and De-Arrow author's response in my discord server). This extension is just among the first few unlucky ones. Mozilla are actually considering changing this labeling system to make it more clear to users about what is going on.

Ajay, the author of SponsorBlock and DeArrow, has also raised this issue with Mozilla. He explains how the new wording can make an existing extension look like it suddenly started collecting new data, without making clear which websites it can access.
