by idontcareguy, a year agoI love this addon. It does what it's supposed to do exceptionally well. Definitely worth the money if you want to download lots of videos you aren't supposed to download, like me ;)
The only thing I am a little unhappy about is that if you buy a license, then you only own the license for that specific browser type you bought it for.
So if you bought the license on a firefox instance, it will only work in firefox based browsers, not in chrome-like browsers. Keep this in mind before buying. Buy the license for the browser type you use the most.
I do understand that the developers had to create the entire extension from the ground up for every browser type, so I won't complain.
5/5 would buy again.

Found out, after the fact, it couldn't download YouTube videos on chrome. So, I decided to use it on Firefox, and it turns out it requires separate licensing. So, basically, you have to buy it twice.
And, unlike most of the 1-star reviews, I don't think there is anything wrong with paying for a useful service, but I think having to pay twice because you are using a different browser (especially because I just would have got for Firefox in the first place if I knew I couldn't download YouTube videos on chrome) is a little much. - Rated 2 out of 5by Wirek, 5 hours agoWarning: Enshittification continues... since v. 9.5.0.2! - Rated 5 out of 5by tictac, 2 days agoliterally made an account to say it's a goated extension. i could download literally anything including youtube videos, the only issue is not being able to see how huge the final file is, but it's not that bad. i approve it
