What happened? I recently renewed my subscription (not for the first time), and now I'm installing the extension on a new device, but it simply won't load (it just keeps loading forever!!!). Fix this! I've been experiencing issues for months now- I have to reconnect frequently, otherwise pages won't load. There are other issues, so I won't list them all here.

That doesn't sound right. Are both your browser and the Proton VPN extension up-to-date? Do you have any other extensions installed for privacy/security purposes?
