I am a Debian user. I also use Proton Pro. After trying many services, I settled on Proton because I have a lot of data to protect in a trusted cloud storage service, and I use my own domain for my personal email through Proton Mail. My normal connection is around 950 Mbps download and upload, and I typically get 800 to 900 Mbps when connected to a premium Proton server in New York City. That is excellent performance for a VPN.

Using the free version. Very reliable and fast to connect. Though the region is kinda random, still does the job, and allows to change to another random server every once in a while.

Quite good, works where Firefox built-in VPN makes some websites jam,open-source, but I would really appreciate it if i can choose the country server I want for a free account instead of having to wait to change.
