However, if there's any way for us to improve your experience even further, feel free to contact our support team at support@surfshark.com or join our live chats.- Absolute garbage. the customer service is non existent and canceling a subscription is next to impossible. The online FAQ just keeps redirecting to itself and any link to do their "live chat" is fake. The advertised 24/7 customer support is a lie and you'll be asked 3 times to fill out a survey about why you want to cancel just to be again redirected to the FAQ. Email is the only way to get even a automated response just to again be linked to the FAQ and a survey.
