I discovered Enhancer for YT by accident a year or more ago and I recommend it to all my friends, especially those who constantly complain about ads on YouTube. Why everyone doesn't use it is a mystery to me, because Enhancer simply WORKS. I love the speed controls too. Many Thanks to the creators.
