    Despite a lot of issues with this extension, for example with exclusion lists, it's not free and costs some money!

    With Mozilla Multi-Account Containers enabled this addon can't handle a "Bypass list".

    Ticket number was #9093424.

    This extension doesn't work with Firefox. Once you are logged in and connected to a server, the websites gives a connection error. After chatting with Live Chat team, there was no resolution reached. It is better to stick to the Desktop App over the extension.

    Hello and thank you for providing the Ticket ID! Unfortunately, as mentioned by our support team, it might be difficult to connect using the Proxy extension on networks that have restrictions and it is better to use the VPN connection (client) instead, as it can overcome such restrictions.     Nord Vpn is GREAT.... Yet, the extension on firefox keeps loading as it needs to connect to the service so I can log in.... It never loads it just continually spins the wheel waiting to connect.
    I have tried disabling it, re-enabling it still does not work..

    Obwohl ich einen zwei Jähigen Vertrag bei NordVPN habe, wird meine IP Adresse im Browser mit der Erweiterung von NordVPN nicht geändert! Außerdem muss ich jede zu besuchende Seite auf der Bypass List hinzufügen, damit ich überhaupt die Seite besuchen kann und weitern bleibt meine IP Adresse öffentlich!

    It never says you need a payment account for using this extension. There are no free features at all nor any trial period. Nothing. I understand you want money. But you should say that BEFORE I install your extension.

    It gets better. the most demanded feature -- whitelisting (i.e. when vpn is active and used only with listed sites, which is the most sensible mode in a case when your government breaks the Internet part by part) is absent, though blacklisting was added lately. There was some problems with UI (I needed to relogin sometimes), but overall not bad, get things done.

    I have no idea what happened, but since a recent update, NordVPN has stopped working in Firefox. It looks as if it running (blue crescent with green country name) but it is obviously not connected (to the BBC).

    Unusable. It takes several seconds for a site to be displayed while it is immediate with the NordVPN software.

    not working.. everytime i tried to connect it's says Couldn't connect.

    It looks like you've reached the limit for connection attempts. Try connecting again in 10 minutes.

    If you haven't been connecting to VPN multiple times recently, your session might have expired. Log out and log back in, and then try connecting again.
