It works, but it's severely slowing down firefox, especially on sites with a lot of javascript.

Wow, cannot access even basic sites. I get flagged as suspicious on my favorite sites. Not sure what good this is doing me at all.

I never work as it's always will try to open main website for login where it's blocked so no point enabling this extension and would have to use the app it self

Confusing

Desperately needs an auto-reconnect option.

When a minor network glitch occurs and the VPN connection drops, rather than opening a new tab listing only some much less likely reasons that the connection failed, just automatically try to reconnect a few times first! Or just put a big "reconnect" button on that page! It's so annoying...

I downloaded SS for MS and Firefox when I set up this PC, and SS shows up when I look at my extensions. However, when I look in the SS security section of SS, it tells me to download both SS for MS and Firefox(FF). MS downloaded and install with no problems. When I try to download SS for FF I get a FF popup that tells me FF doesn't monitor SS or recommend it and there is no download button. It does offer a remove option. As RESULT, I am guessing SS for FF is already installed, but it I am confused with why SS is recommending/ saying I need to download either MS or FF when the set them up previously and why one downloaded and the other does not. What is the deal?

Leider wird bei Surfshark VPN Add.on, DNS offengegt. Einzig wenn ich DNS über HTTPS mit Maximalem Schutz aktiviere ist das DNS-Leak geschlossen. Dann allerdings lädt keine einzige Website mehr.......!!??

this add on better be better than their app or manual settings for openvpn .......spent half the day trying to get openvpn to work ..... junk service i regret getting it

Plugin stopped working on Firefox (but works on brave). Live chat is not available and not able to cancel "Auto-renewal" payment on my account. Thinking in alternatives since support has downgraded

I may be an odd ball, but am using Surfshark mainly on Mac / Firefox. The Firefox extension is slow and buggy, but has the bypass list which I need. The Mac app works much better, but does not have a bypass list, which, for my purposes, renders it pretty much useless. This has been an unaddressed problem for the past year. Both of these products need urgent updates, IMHO...

Work well in Linux, but on Mac all websites stopped working after a few minutes of usage.

Impossible to connect on my account. If i read the commentaries i'm not the only one. PLz fix it !!!!
